Odin has a pair of ravens, thought and memory, which rest upon his shoulders. Memory is here, resting upon the half covered over bitter memories. The poem at the top right is an englynion lamenting the loss of my daughter, Oriana, meaning golden haired. Her name, in a half forgotten mantra, is repeated three times, a recommitting to memory.
This work was shown at the Lana Santorelli Gallery in New York.
